Expert Barista Craftsmanship: The team behind the counter at the Roosevelt location are true artisans. They possess a deep, practical knowledge of extraction methods, milk texturing, and temperature control. Are you looking to experience the Seattle Freeze? Come to Armistice Coffee Roosevelt to get it first hand! The service will give you chills! No eye contact, no "thank yous".
Also, the food was mediocre at best. Here's a photo of the Mama's Fav sandwich that cost me $12.75 + tax + tip. Sorry to say, but that's vending machine quality.
The atmosphere was good.

What a great coffee shop! Delicious high quality coffee and they even have a roaster in the store. This place is fancy and decked out. Super cozy and decked out with nice decor. It’s also connected to the apartment complex so there’s indoor, outdoor and a few varieties of seating. The staff was kind and answered all my coffee questions and gave me recommendations. The music can be at varying levels so this can help or hinder someone depending on their work habits but I felt very focused and concentrated well without distractions or disturbances. The fire pit is awesome! The coffee is great and made with care. The fellow patrons were respectful and pleasant. The wifi works well. The bathrooms are clean and accessible. The parking isn’t too bad but it’s a popular area so you may have to park down the block but it’s free street parking. It’s nice that this spot is two blocks or so from the main Roosevelt/Ravenna, North of U district, so it’s not crazy crowded or packed next to other businesses. It’s a little escape. I will be returning more often and appreciate the experiences I have here.

Somehow Armistice Coffee has managed a modern but cozy vibe, and they serve up some of the best coffee and chai tea I've had in Seattle recently. The employees are thoughtful and kind, and when I called ahead to ask about gluten free food options, one of the employees saved the last gluten free muffin for me. Can't wait to go back! More

A nice cute stop to grab a cup of coffee, read a book, grind out some work, or meetup with friends & family or a date.
Atmosphere is nice calm and relaxing - with a strong amount of seating that feels spaced out.
Items can be a little pricey but nothing too crazy!

I’ve been coming to Armistice for years now. Never have I ever had a bad encounter with an employee until now. Whoever the rude and dismissive young woman with long dark curly hair and bangs that was taking my order is, needs to fix her attitude. For real. More

I'd like to like Armistice more, but I don't care for the coffee, I've been served multiple half-cooked items, and it is overpriced c. 20% even by Seattle standards. Otherwise it's a perfect location, bike friendly, and most of the staff have been great. More

Armistice Roosevelt was good, although the customer service could be a lot better. The coffee shop itself was a little sterile and didn’t have a cozy or homey feel, but the coffee was pretty good and they had a selection of pastries. The place is nice and clean and has a modern look, but the service was just OK and I don’t know if the servers were tired or just grumpy. Overall, we thought the coffee was good and worth the visit.

It’s a really stunning space visually and it feels good to sit and have coffee in one of their many different seating areas. I have visited twice so far and the staff is friendly and makes good coffee. If you enjoy sweets definitely give their almond croissant a try!

Horrible breakfast sandwich and mediocre service. This place is very aesthetic - cute neighborhood roastery vibes. BUT the sausage breakfast sandwich was honestly so terrible, it ruined my entire visit and this review… This place obviously specializes in coffee and I think a mocha (or something more rich) would have done it justice! The beans seem to have a lot of flavor, but I got an iced vanilla latte and it was quite bitter and not sweet enough.
Charging $7.50 for a the smallest breakfast sandwich you’ve ever seen is absolutely wild work. With only a slice of cheese and a simple egg/sausage patty, it was incredibly dry and tasteless. I was expecting something much larger with more toppings or flavor for that price. It just feels like a money grab at that point…like why even have it on the menu? I hate leaving bad reviews, but Seattle coffee shops need to seriously reconsider pricing things like this, or at least the quality of food if they expect customers to keep coming back.

All the stars I gave is for the vibe of the shop. You can sit and work here at peace for hours. As per coffee, I am not a coffee connoisseur, so can’t say much. I am a mocha fan and this is not one of the good mochas I had. Definitely passable.

This has been my default coffee place in Seattle since 2020. The vibe is great and an ideal place for meeting people. It's a great place to get out of the Seattle freeze and actually meet your neighbors without feeling like your talking too loud at a library.
The Barista with black curly hair knows my order at this point and regularly talks to me about life, pop culture and deeper questions. The place really feels like a home away from home.

Went in on a Saturday and not too busy. I passed the zoo of a Starbucks and got a delicious almond milk latte and an egg/cheese sandwich. The food was okay.. a little pricey, very walkable—the place/location is great, a good place for people to work/study with cozy ish booths. I’d probably pass up on the food next time.. a good new place to add to my list of solid coffeehouses.

This is a very nice coffee and roaster. I visited this coffee on the way back from Green Lake trail walk. The place is very close to Roosevelt Light Rail Train station. I liked the latte art they created on my order. They also sell coffee beans produced in house. The also make Turkish Coffee which I never seen in other coffee shops.

Matcha powdery and bad ($7? For that?). Stayed for a bit because it’s a cute space but probably won’t be back. I want to like it so bad.

Obsessed with the vibe of the space but the food was a real let down. The sausage egg sandwich contained exactly two tiny bites of sausage. The egg was great but I would not recommend the sausage sandwich. Do NOT get the matcha! Overpriced and powdery!! The coffee is wonderful, though. Service was OK.

I want to like this place so bad since it's right down the block from me. It would be such a great go-to spot. I do love the turmeric caffeine-free latte, and the staff are usually personable and friendly.
I don't *not* like it, I just don't *love* it. I'd love more drip options (more than just light roast! decaf drip! for the coffee fanatics who get anxious with too much caffeine!) and more than 1 table large enough for a laptop+notebook setup would go a long way. Maybe they just have a different target market than me.
Also drip is $4.80!!!!!!!!!!??????????? Down the street it's $2 ($1.50 if you bring your own mug)
